This Division is led by Administrative Supervisor Lieutenant Brun Lavergne.

Lt. Brun Lavergne is a 2002 graduate of St. Thomas More High School and obtained his bachelors degree from Mcneese Sate University in 2019.

​ Lt. Lavergne began his law enforcement career in 2011 as a Reserve Officer with Opelousas Police Department. In November 2011, Lt. Lavergne was hired as a full time officer with Scott Police Department. After graduating Acadiana Law Enforcement Training Academy, Lt. Lavergne served the City of Scott as a Patrol Officer. In addition to being awarded Officer of the Year in 2014, Lt. Lavergne was promoted to the rank of Sergeant where he became a Patrol Shift Supervisor.
In February 2016, Lt. Lavergne was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and chosen to supervise the Scott Police Department Special Operations Division. In November 2020, Lt. Lavergne was assigned to supervise the Uniformed Patrol division. June 2023, Lt. Lavergne was assigned to the Administrative Supervisor.

Lt. Lavergne is also certified as a Field Training Officer, Field Training Program Manager, Basic and Advanced School Resource Officer, Homicide Investigator and Narcotics Investigator.
