The Administrative Services Division of Scott Police Department is responsible for the daily operations within the department not often seen by the public.

The Administrative Services Division is responsible for:

  • Records 

  • Citations (Processing & Collections)

  • Incident/Arrest/Crash Report Processing & Disbursement

  • Evidence Division

  • Scott Mayor's Court

  • Purchasing & Budgeting

  • LIBRS/NIBRS Reporting

  • Elderly Services Program

  • Many Additional Daily Operations

Stephanie Stelly

Secretary to the Police Chief

Ms. Stephanie Stelly began with Scott Police Department in September 2017.  She is a 1993 graduate of Acadiana High School. Ms. Stephanie previously served as a Department Records Clerk and was awarded Officer of the Year in 2022.  She also sits on the Scott Civil Service Board as their secretary since 2018.  She graduated from the Scott EnVision Vision Leadership class in October 2025.  January 2026, she was promoted to the position of Secretary to the Chief Of Police.
